SDU-ANU Joint Science College (JSC) invites applications for full time faculty positions at all ranks in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with a start date of February 2021.
Shandong University, under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education of People’s Republic of China, is a key comprehensive university with a long history, a variety of disciplines, strong academic strength, and distinctive characteristics. SDU has signed cooperative agreements with more than 170 overseas universities. It comprises eight campuses in three cities (Jinan, Qingdao, and Weihai). JSC, Weihai campus, is endowed with beautiful and enchanting scenery surrounded by forests and sea. It is connected to Jinan campus and Qingdao campus via 3 and 2 hours high-speed trains respectively, or to Jinan by 1-hour flight.
Position Description
Located at Shandong University, Weihai, JSC is a Sino-foreign cooperative education institution approved by the Ministry of Education of People’s Republic of China to carry out undergraduate education program. It is affiliated to Shandong University as an educational entity without corporate capacity. The partner university is Australian National University. Minimum Qualifications
The candidate should have a PhD and have teaching and research experience with demonstrated excellence.
